The Wicklow Addition project was intended to be bid on Friday, September 14, 2001. No bids for the
referenced project were received.
Therefore, we would request Council approval to contact contractors currently working with the City to
consider the possibility of change ordering this project into an existing contract. The developer is
anxious to have these 10 lots available and is willing to utilize this process. Upon determining which
contract would receive the change order, the change order would be brought back to the Council for
approval:
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO AUTHORIZE PURSUING ADDING EVERMOOR
WICKLOW ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS, CITY PROJECT #342 TO AN
EXISTING CITY CONTRACT.
