Background
Greg Stotko of Amcon, the construction manager for the city hall project, and project architect Bob
Vanney recommend that the City Council approve a list of change orders for the project. The change
orders are for a variety of additions to and deductions from the scope of work, and would result in a
savings of $5,472.
