For City Council consideration and approval is my recommendation to approve 2002 salary ranges for all non-
union positions. If Council recalls, these ranges were presented at the July special meeting and were
recommended based on three factors: pay equity compliance, comparability with other Stanton VI cities, and
market rate adjustment. If approved, 2002 salary ranges would be as follows:
