Background
Alpha Video, Inc., is the contractor for the cable television equipment for the city hall project. Alpha
Video has delivered about 80% of the equipment for cable- casting meetings of the City Council and
for monitors in the Council chamber. Cable coordinator Mark Moore was on hand to receive the
delivery of the equipment, and has verified the specifications and condition of the equipment.
Alpha Video has applied for payment of $82,828.60 for equipment delivered to date.
Staff is not aware of any issues with Alpha Video and recommends that the pay request be approved.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve pay request for Alpha Video for city hall project.
