The Rural Water SCADA System pertains to the rural wells that serve the East Side Water
System. With the construction of the new water tower, the computer operating system
( SCADA) needed to be upgraded to connect the existing wells to the new tower. Upon
installation of the new equipment, it was identified that an additional item (a DV /DT output
filter for the variable frequency drive) needed to be added to the system.
Bonestroo has prepared the attached Change Order, which increases the original contract by
$2,042.20 to a total of $102,641.20.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER #1 TO THE RURAL
WATER SCADA SYSTEM AND STANDBY GENERATOR, CITY PROJECT #302.
