The developer of the Bloomfield Addition, Centex Homes, has requested the preparation of
plans and specifications for the next phase of their project. The final plat is close to completion
and the developer would like to try to complete the 4th Addition yet this year. The developer
will deposit the funds to complete the plan preparation prior to the completion of the
Subdivision Agreement.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE BLOOMFIELD 4 ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS, CITY PROJECT #341.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
BLOOMFIELD 4 ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #341
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount
hereby orders the preparation of plans and specifications for the Bloomfield 4 th Addition
Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #341.
ADOPTED this 21 day of August, 2001.
