This item requests the eighth and final payment to Redstone Construction in the amount of
$44,206.40 for City Project #313, Biscayne Pointe 3` Addition Street & Utility Improvements.
This project is now 100% complete.
Upon final payment a two -year warranty period begins. The City also accepts these facilities
for perpetual maintenance.
Attached is Construction Pay Voucher #8 and Final for your information. Staff and SEH
recommend approval of this payment and perpetual maintenance.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT #8 AND FINAL TO
REDSTONE CONSTRUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $44,206.40 FOR THE BISCAYNE POINTE
3 RD ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS, CITY PROJECT #313 AND ACCEPT
THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR PERPETUAL MAINTENANCE.

Third Addition Street and Utility Improvements, Rosemount, Minnesota, and (2) all material and equipment incorporated in said
Project or otherwise listed in or covered by this Application for Payment and free and clear of all liens, claims, security interests and
encumbrances.
