Statutory cities are required annually to appoint a councilmember to the position of Acting Mayor to act in the
Mayor's absence. This is based on a recommendation from the Mayor.
Mayor Busho is recommending the reappointment of John Edwards to Acting Mayor when deemed necessary.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to appoint Councilmember John Edwards to the position of Acting Mayor for the City of
Rosemount.
