At the last Council meeting, the final plat and Subdivision Agreement were approved. The
developer has requested that the plans and specifications be authorized to allow for street and
utility construction this fall. The plans will be brought back to a future Council meeting for
approval and authorization to advertise for bidding.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR EVERMOOR 8 STREET AND UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS, CITY PROJECT #337.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
EVERMOOR 8 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #337
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount
hereby orders the preparation of plans and specifications for the Evermoor 8 th Street
and Utility Improvements, City Project #337.
ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 2001.
