1. Item 6.a. Minutes of March 20, 2001 Regular City Council
Page 2. last paragraph, the Port Authority did not approve listed 1) purchase only
from xN illing sellers — no condemnation. This will be stricken from the official
minutes.
2. Item 6.c. Minutes of March 24, 2001 Special Meeting for Commission Interviews
Page 1. paragraph 7, further clarification of direction to staff by moving the last
sentence of the paragraph to a new paragraph and adding to that sentence after
"policy" ...relating to reappointment, terms and process
3. Item 7.c. Receive Bids /Award Contract — Standby Generator at Well #9 and Rural
Water SCADA System
Attached is a letter determining low bidder. The alternate amount had been
included in the final bid amount for Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Inc. at
