This is a clean -up item for the approved Evermoor Innisfree plat. Contractor Property
Developers Company has requested the vacation of the easements of the underlying plat of
Evermoor 3` Addition, so the Evermoor Innisfree plat may be recorded.
The vacation of the drainage and utility easements will be for Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 1 and
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 2 Evermoor 3rd Addition.
Staff is recommending setting the public hearing for September 18, 2001 at 7:30 p.m.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC FOR
AN EASEMENT VACATIONS FOR LOTS 4,5,6 AND 7, BLOCK 1 AND LOTS 2,3,4,5,6 AND 7,
BLOCK 2 EVERMOOR 3 ADDITION.

RESOLUTION 2001 -
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR
AN EASEMENT VACATION FOR LOT 4, 5, 6 AND 7, BLOCK 1 AND
LOTS 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 AND 7, BLOCK 2 EVERMOOR 3 RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, an easement vacation is required on Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 1 and Lots 2,
3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 2 Evermoor 3rd Addition.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEMOUNT,
MINNESOTA:
1. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed easement vacation on the 18t day
of September, 2001, in the Banquet Room of the Rosemount Community Center at
7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required bylaw.
ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 2001.
