The Rosemount American Legion will be hosting a Bouya dinner on Monday, September 4' in their parking lot
at 14590 Burma Avenue. They will use their pavilion and patio which will be enclosed with a temporary fence
to serve liquor and food.
The American Legion has provided the correct application, paid the fee, and have proper insurance coverage. If
the City Council approves the license, it is then referred unto the State of Minnesota for their approval. Staff
recommends approval.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve the temporary on -sale liquor license for the
Rosemount American Legion, Post 65 for September 4 2000.
