I . Item 6.o. Hiring of Building Inspector
Interviews were conducted on Friday. The results recommend John
McNeish for the position of Building Inspector.
2. Item 8.a. Reassignment of PUD and Subdivision Agreements from CMC Heartland
Partners to Centex Homes
Completed resolution for reassignment.
3. Paving Selection for Hwy 3 Project.
The grading for the project has begun. A colored paver sampler is being circulated. Please
mark your preferences, 1.,2.,and 3. (1. being most desirable).
4. Items 6.p. /q./r. Revised Evermoor Final Plats
Request to pull these items from CONSENT and place on OLD BUSINESS to review the
new conditions set forth in the revised resolutions.
5. Item 9.b. Carrousel Plaza Townhomes PUD Final Development Plan & Preliminary Plat
