For City Council consideration is a recommendation to hire Ms. Lisa Turbes for the position of part -time
Receptionist. The City received 18 applications for this position; seven candidates were interviewed. The panel
agreed that Ms. Turbes is well qualified for position; she previously worked for ten years as an inside sales
specialist/secretary for a plumbing company. Ms. Turbes will start work on September 20, 2000 pending
Council approval.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE THE HIRING OF MS. LISA TURBES FOR
THE POSITION OF PART -TIME PARKS & RECREATION RECEPTIONIST.
