Dakota County Technical College Foundation has applied for a temporary on -sale liquor license for their annual
fundraiser on Saturday, April 29, 2000, to be held in the Commons Area/ Lunch Room of the Dakota County
Technical College.
We have received proof of insurance and the fee of $50. If Council approves it this evening, further approval is
required form the State of Minnesota before the event is held.
This has been an annual request for the past several years and there have not been any formal complaints
regarding the event. Staff recommends approval.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve the temporary on -sale liquor license for the Dakota
County Technical College Foundation for a fund raising event on April 29, 2000.
