For City Council consideration is a recommendation to confirm the completion of probation of Ms. Cheryl
Ratzlaff, who was hired as a custodian on November 22, 1999. Her six-month probation will cease on May 22,
2000. Per the Personnel Policy her supervisor, Rick Cook,has completed a written assessment of her
performance and found it to be satisfactory. He has recommended to the City Administrator that Cheryl be
considered a regular employee upon completion of her six-month tenure and approval of the Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ACCEPT RECOMMENDATION OF THE DEPARTMENT
SUPERVISOR FOR THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PROBATION OF CHERYL R.ATZLAFF,
CUSTODIAN.
