This item is the first payment to Redstone Construction in the amount of $158,887.22 for City
Project #313, Biscayne Point — 3` Addition Street and Utility Improvements.
Work completed and represented in this payment as of May 24' is 24% of the contracted work.
The work has been inspected and is in compliance with the contract Documents.
Attached is a copy of the Construction Pay Voucher # 1 for your information. Staff and SEH
recommend approval of this first payment.
