This item is the fourth payment to Ryan Contracting in the amount of $32,383.13 for City
Project #309, Biscayne Point — 2nd Addition Street and Utility Improvements.
Work completed and represented in this payment as of May 22nd is 88% of the contracted
work. The work has been inspected and is in compliance with the contract Documents.
Attached is a copy of the Construction Pay Voucher # 4 for your information. Staff and SEH
recommend approval of this fourth payment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve payment # 4 to Ryan Contracting in the amount
of $ 32,383.13 for Biscayne Pointe 2nd Addition Street and Utility Improvements, City

Attached is Application for Payment No. 4 for the above — referenced project. The amount due on
this application is $32,383.13, which brings the total amount paid to $685,559.35. This is
approximately 88 percent of the total bid amount of $779,575.35. The work which has yet to be
completed on the project includes the wear course paving and clean up punch list items.
We recommend the City make payment on this Application for Payment in the amount of
$32,383.13 to Ryan Contracting Co.
