COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
May 10, 2000
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Committee of the Whole meeting of the Rosemount
City Council was held on Wednesday, May 10` 2000, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Mayor Busho called the meeting to order with Councilmembers Cisewski, Klassen, and Caspar,
present. Also in attendance were the following staff members: City Administrator Burt, and City
Planner Pearson. Discussion was held on the following items:
Commissioner's Interview Date
Council was available on Saturday, May 20 in the morning and if needed, May 22, Monday, at
6:00 p.m.
Performance Evaluation for Dept. Heads
Council would like some feed back on department head performance from staff. The form can be
adjusted for input from Council on performance as well.
Developers Check List
The developers check list was reviewed and recommended for approval at the next City Council
meeting.
Travel Policy, Liquor Ordinance, and Massage Ordinance
These items were reviewed and additional information was requested for review at the next
Committee of the Whole.
Budget Update
The process has begun for the 2001 Budget. City Council wants to give first priority to an
additional code enforcement position.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
