This item was to be discussed at the Committee of the Whole work session on March 15, however Homer
Thompkins will be out of the state that night and they would like to reschedule. This meeting is also intended to
be a joint meeting with the Planning Commission and City Council. Please review your calendars for an
available date.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to set a special meeting for the purpose of having a work session
on the Kelley Trust development on (date and time)
