Staff will provide an overview of the proposed project and will be available to answer your questions. An information meeting was held on February 24, 2000 and was attended by five people. All but one were at the meeting to discuss the sanitary sewer project located west of Shannon Parkway. Attached is a copy of the preliminary assessment roll from the Feasibility Report. If the Council moves forward with the project, Staff will utilize this preliminary assessment roll. The actual assessments will be levied at the Assessment Hearing at the completion of the project. The project cost is estimated at $1,173,000 including $195,000 of assessments with the remainder from State Aid funds, Core funds and 2000 C.I.P. Staff recommends the project move forward. RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PROJECT AND ORDER THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2000 STREET AND UTILITY RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS, CITY PROJECT #316. COUNCIL ACTION: g� CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 2000 — A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PROJECT AND ORDER THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2000 STREET AND UTILITY RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT #316 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount ordered a feasibility report for 2000 Street and Utility Reconstruction Improvements, City Project #316; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and accepted the Feasibility Report on February 15, 2000 for City Project #316; and WHEREAS, the City Council ordered and held a public hearing on March 6, 2000 to receive input on this project. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby orders the improvements of the 2000 Street and Utility Reconstruction Improvements, City Project #316. NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby orders the preparation of plans and specifications for the street and utilities, City Project #316 described in the aforementioned Report.
