SUMMARY
The review and comment period is now over concerning the AU AR for the Kelley Trust. To date, the city has
not received any comments from the Dakota County Soil and Water Conservation District; Metropolitan
Council; Minnesota Department of Natural Resources nor the Minnesota Department of Transportation in
rebuttal to the cities response to the original comments regarding the proposed development. This means that
the agencies are satisfied with the cities responses and the mitigation plan.
Therefore, the attached resolution provides for adoption of the final AUAR document and mitigation plan.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to adopt a resolution accepting the Alternative Urban Areawide Review and mitigation plan.
