At the time of platting of Evermoor 5" Addition, the utility and drainage easement will be reduced to the areas required within the plat. The easement to be vacated is a drainage and utility easement over, under and across all of Outlot B, Evermoor 2 "d Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota. Because the easement was dedicated for public use (drainage & utilities), a public hearing is required to vacate it. A condition of the approval for vacation is the execution of the Evermoor 5th Addition plat. Staff is recommending approval of the easement vacation resolution contingent on the above condition.
