Liquor OrdinanceCITY OF ROSEMOUNT EXECUTIVE SUMMARY FOR DISCUSSION COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE DATE: March 15, 2000 The City of Rosemount now limits the number of off -sale liquor businesses in the city to two licenses. Because of other inquiries made for off -sale liquor sales, staff was directed to survey other communities as to regulations and fees. This issue is brought back to the council for further review because MGM is still interested in establishing an off -sale liquor business in the city. It is presently in the process of acquiring a site and needs this issue resolved prior to platting and purchasing the site.
