COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
DATE: MAY 10, 2000
AGENDA ITEM: LIQUOR ORDINANCE
AGENDA NO.
DISCUSSION
PREPARED BY: THOMAS D. BURT, CITY ADMINISTRATOR
46" .
ATTACHMENTS: ORDINANCE
At past work sessions it was discussed to provide for additional opportunity for off -sale liquor by increase in
population of the City of Rosemount. Since we have two off sales at present, an increment of 6,500 would
provide for those existing businesses and allow for growth. Rosemount's population is estimated to be 14,500
now.
An ordinance to amend the current City Code is attached for your review.
