AGEN ATTACHMENTS: Resolution, Location Map APPROVED BY: This item is on the agenda for Council to conduct a public hearing to consider the ection 31 Sanitary Sewer Improvements as described in the Feasibility Report for City Project #317. Staff will provide an overview of the proposed improvements and will be available lo answer any questions you may have. The attached drawing shows the location of the proposed improvements. the proj�ct consists of approximately 1,700 linear feet of 12" and 8" sanitary sewer. The project is pr posed to be constructed concurrently with the County Road 46 /Trunk Highway 3 Street and Ut lity Improvements in the fall of 2000. The total estimated cost of the project is approximately $220,000. Initially, the paid for with funds from the Sanitary Sewer Core Facility Fund. In the future, v downstream connection is made and sewer service becomes available, assessm levied to all benefiting properties. Assessments to benefiting properties will be standard assessment rates for a sanitary sewer in a commercial /industrial area.
