This item is on the agenda for Council to consider ordering the preparation of a Feasibility Report
for the 2000 Bituminous Overlay Improvements, City Project #315.
The 2000 Budget includes $45,000 for a bituminous overlay project. The Rosemount Pavement
Management System has shown that Delft Avenue, from 145' Street West to Dodd Boulevard,
is in need of an overlay.
The funding for the project would come from assessments (35% of the total project cost) and
the 2000 Budget. If other work would be required it would be paid by that budget item.
Staff recommends adopting the attached resolution to direct Staff to begin work on the 2000
Bituminous Overlay Improvements.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
THE 2000 BITUMINOUS OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #315
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount deems it necessary to investigate
the feasibility of the 2000 Bituminous Overlay Improvements, City Project #315.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Staff is directed to have the necessary
feasibility report prepared for the 2000 Bituminous Overlay Improvements, City Project
#315.
ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 2000.
