This item request the fourth payment to Redstone Construction Company, in the amount of
$67,897.59 for City Project #313, the Biscayne Pointe 3rd Addition Street & Utility
Improvements.
Work completed and represented in this payment as of August 22, 2000 is 84% of the
contracted work. The work has been inspected and is in compliance with the Contract
Documents.
The work completed to -date includes base course paving and concrete sidewalk installation.
Remaining work on the project include sodding and seeding and wear course paving.
Attached is a copy of the Construction Pay Voucher #4 for your information. Staff and SEH,
Inc., recommend approval of this fourth payment.

Attached is Application for Payment No. 4 for the above — referenced project. The amount due
on this application is $67,897.59, which brings the total amount paid to $556,965.40. This is
approximately 84 percent of the total bid amount of $661,679.45. The work on this application
includes base course paving and concrete sidewalk installation. Remaining work on the project
includes sodding and seeding and wear course paving.
We recommend the City make payment on this Application for Payment in the amount of
$67,897.59 to Redstone Construction.
