This item request the second payment to Ryan Contracting Company, in the amount of
$334,313.29 for City Project #308, the Rosemount Business Park Phase 2 Street & Utility
Improvements.
Work completed and represented in this payment as of August 23 2000 is 31 % of the
contracted work. The work has been inspected and is in compliance with the Contract
Documents.
The work completed to -date includes grading and utility work.
Attached is a copy of the Construction Pay Voucher #2 for your information. Staff and SEH,
Inc., recommend approval of this second payment.
