The Rosemount VFW #9433 will be participating in the Leprechaun Days celebration with a tractor pull on
their property on Sunday, July 30 at 2625 120"' Street West. They will construct a temporary fence around the
area.
The VFW has provided the correct application, paid the fee, and have proper insurance coverage. If the City
Council approves the license, it is then referred unto the State of Minnesota for their approval. Staff
recommends approval.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve the temporary on -sale liquor license for the
Rosemount VFW #9433 for July 30, 2000.
