For Council consideration is a recommendation to confirm the completion of probation of Paula Graff, who was
hired as the Human Resources/ Communications Coordinator on April 17, 2000. I have completed a written
assessment of her performance and found it to be satisfactory. I would recommend that Paula be considered a
regular employee once October 17`' has arrived, pending approval of the City Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ACCEPT THE ADMINISTRATOR'S
RECOMMENDATION FOR THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PROBATION OF PAULA GRAFF,
HUMAN RESOURCES /COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR.
