This item is for the second payment to Redstone Construction in the amount of $ 228,087.08 for City Project
# 313, Biscayne Point 3' Addition Street and Utility Improvements.
Work completed and represented in this payment as of June 15` 2000 is 58% of the contracted work.
The work has been inspected and is in compliance with the contract documents.
Attached is a copy of the Construction Pay Voucher # 2 for your information. Staff and SEH recommend
approval of this second payment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve payment # 2 to Redstone Construction in the

Attached is Application for Payment No. 2 for the above - referenced project. The amount due on
this application is $228,087.08, which brings the total amount paid to $386,974.30. This is
approximately 58 percent of the total bid amount of $661,679.45. The work on this application
includes most of the utility work. Remaining work includes street construction.
We recommend the City make payment on this Application for Payment in the amount of
$228,087.08 to Redstone Construction.
