This item is for the fifth payment to Ryan Construction in the amount of $ 25,537.73 for City Project
# 309, Biscayne Point — Phase 2 Street and Utility Improvements.
Work completed and represented in this payment as of June 15``' 2000 is 91% of the contracted work.
The work has been inspected and is in compliance with the contract documents.
Attached is a copy of the Construction Pay Voucher # 5 for your information. Staff and SEH recommend
approval of this fifth payment.

completed on the project includes clean up punch list items.
We recommend the City make payment on this Application for Payment in the amount of $25,537.73
to Ryan Contracting Co.
