This item is for the third payment to Northwest Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $ 43,363.88, for' City project
# 303, Oakridge Estates Street and Utility Improvements.
Work completed and represented in this payment as of June 15 2000 is 73% of the contracted work.
The work has been inspected and is in compliance with the contract documents.
Attached is a copy of the Construction Pay Voucher # 3 for your information. Staff and SEH recommend
approval of this third payment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve payment #3 to Northwest Asphalt, Inc. in
the amount of $ 43,363.88 for Oakridge Estates Street and Utility Improvements.

Attached is Application for Payment No. 3 for the above- referenced project. The amount due on this
application is $43,363.88. This brings the total amount earned to $155,879.95, which is about
73 percent of the bid amount of $214,445.00.
Turn lane construction has been completed along with wear course paving on Coffee Trail.
Remaining items on this project include seeding and sodding on the turn lanes.
We recommend the City make payment on this Application for Payment in the amount of $43,363.88
to Northwest Asphalt, Inc.
