For Council consideration is a recommendation to confirm the completion of the year -long probation of Dan
Schultz, who was hired as the Parks & Recreation Director on July 7, 1999. Per the City's Personnel Policy, the
City Administrator has completed a written assessment of Dan's performance and found it to be. satisfactory.
The Administrator is recommending that Dan be considered a regular employee once the July 7' anniversary
date has arrived, pending approval of the City Council
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ACCEPT RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY
ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PROBATION OF DAN SCHULTZ,
PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR.
