Background
The Port Authority is to consider a request that the City Council call for a public hearing
on proposed modifications to the development program for Development District No. 1
and to the tax increment financing plan for Downtown Tax Increment Financing District
No. 1. The hearing would be held July 18.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Call for public hearing July 18 on the proposed modifications.
