This is a request for Council to approve the hiring of Paula Graff for the position of Human Resource
Coordinator. Gary Kalstabakken, Dan Schultz, Jeff May and I interviewed five candidates for the
position. We were very impressed with Ms. Graff s abilities and previous municipal experience. She
previously worked for the City of St. Louis Park and, most recently, in Crookston, Minnesota as Human
Resource Officer for Community Action Council. She is relocating back to the Twin Cities and is very
excited about this position.
Ms. Graff comes with very positive recommendations, and we recommend her for the position of
Human Resource Coordinator for the City of Rosemount.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE THE HIRING OF PAULA GRAFF
FOR THE POSITION OF HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR.
COUNCIL ACTION:
