Parcel B in Resolution 2000 -04 had a wrong directional description noting west which should have been east.
To clear the title description a corrected resolution is requested. A motion noting the change is requested to
document the change.
The original public hearing notices concerning the agricultural lot split referenced the entire original parcel
which was to split. Therefore, the public hearing notices were not invalidated in any way.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve the directional description in Parcel B after "AND
The " from west to east in Resolution 2000 -04 pertaining to the East -Side Water Tower site.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGRICULTURAL LOT SPLIT
FOR MARLIN & JOANN RECHTZIGEL
WHEREAS, the Planning Department of the City of Rosemount applied for approval of a
division of property in the Agricultural District, said property legally described as:
The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30 Township 115, Range 18,
Dakota County, Minnesota. Subject to roads and easements of record.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemount conducted a public hearing on
January 11, 2000, as required by the subdivision ordinance for the purpose of receiving
testimony regarding the requested Agricultural division; and,
WHEREAS the Planning Commission adopted a motion to recommend approval of the
Agricultural division to the City Council with conditions; and,
WHEREAS, on January 18, 2000, the City Council of the City of Rosemount reviewed the
recommendation forwarded by the Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby
approves the division of the above referenced parcel resulting in the following described parcels:
Parcel A: The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 115,
Range 18, Dakota County, Minnesota, excepting therefrom the West 270 feet of the
East 350 feet of the South 300 feet, and further excepting therefrom the West 80
feet. Subject to roads and easements of record:
Parcel B: The West 270 feet of the East 350 feet of the South 300 feet of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 115, Range Dakota
County, Minnesota. AND The East 80 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 30, Township 115, Range 18, Dakota County,
Minnesota. Subject to roads and easements of record
ADOPTED this 18' day of January, 2000, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount.

Minnesota.
On March 9, 2000, acting on behalf of the said City, I posted at the City Hall, 2875
145th Street West, and on March 9, 2000 deposited in the United States Post Office
of Rosemount, Minnesota, copies of the attached notice of public hearing regarding
the proposed County Road 46 /Trunk Highway 3 Street & Utility Improvements and
appurtenant work for City Project #284, enclosed in sealed envelopes, with postage
thereon fully prepaid, addressed to the persons listed on the attached listings at the
addresses listed with their names.
There is delivery service by United States Mail between the place of mailing and the

COUNTY ROAD 46 /TRUNK HIGHWAY 3 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota
will meet at 8:00 o'clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, Tuesday, March 21,
2000 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, to consider
the following improvements:
City Project #284 - County Road 46/Trunk Highway 3 Street & Utility Improvements
The nature of improvements shall include the construction of street, curb & gutter,
watermain, storm sewer, bike trail and appurtenant work. -
The total estimated cost of said improvements is $ 1,021,000.
The area proposed to be assessed for the foregoing improvements would be all that
area generally described as: Parcel Identification Numbers 34-03110-010-90; 010 -
96; 34- 03210- 014 -70; 019 -70; 023 -70; 012 -73; 015 -85; 019 -85; 020 -85; 030 -
85; 011 -65; 34- 32800 - 010 -01 all as recorded in the City of Rosemount, Dakota
County, Minnesota.
Such person(s) as desires to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements
will be heard at this meeting. Written or oral opinion will be considered.
