The first is related to the Park & Ride Improvements /Highway 3 Project. The dollar figure transferred from the General Fund to the Project Fund was to cover the non -TIF share of that project and is being taken from the General Fund reserves. The second relates to the storm /flooding damages that occurred in July of this year. The dollar figure is reflective of the 90% total relief that we will be receiving from FEMA and the State to help offset our total expenditures that were not covered under our insurance plan. The attached memo supports the figures given in the resolution. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to adopt A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF CERTAIN 2000 BUDGET ITEMS for the General Fund as outlined in the attached memo. COUNCIL ACTION: CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 2000 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF CERTAIN 2000 BUDGET ITEMS WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the need to amend certain items from the 2000 General Fund Operating Budget, the totals which are as follows: (1) General operating revenues, the total which reflects an increase of $447,578.00; (2) General operating expenditures, the total which reflects an increase of $447,578.00; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby approves the amendment of the above listed budget items for the 2000 General Fund Operating Budget.
