The item is on the agenda for Council to consider ordering the preparation of a Feasibility Report
for the Dodd Court Reconstruction, City Project #323.
This street was initially planned to be overlayed with the 1999 Bituminous Overlay Project. Once
the Feasibility Report was prepared, it was determined that Dodd Court was not a candidate for
an overlay due to its poor condition. It was determined that Dodd Court would need to be
reconstructed and should be a project by itself.
The funding for the project will come from assessments and the Capital Improvement Fund.
Staff recommends adopting the attached resolution to direct Staff to begin work on the Dodd
Court Reconstruction project. This project will require preliminary surveying.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
THE DODD COURT RECONSTRUCTION

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount deems it necessary to investigate
the feasibility of the Dodd Court Reconstruction, City Project #323.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Staff is directed to have the necessary feasibility
report prepared for the Dodd Court Reconstruction, City Project #323.
ADOPTED this 21 st day of November, 2000.
