This item requests the third payment to Ryan Contracting Co. in the amount of $99,523.96 for
City Project #309, Biscayne Pointe 2 "d Addition Street & Utility Improvements.
Work completed and represented in this payment as of December 15, 1999 is 84% of the
contracted work. The work has been inspected and is in compliance with the Contract
Documents.
Work is completed for this season. In the spring the concrete sidewalk and final lift of
bituminous on the streets will be done.
Attached is a copy of the Construction Pay Voucher #3 for your information. Staff and SEH
recommend approval of this second payment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT #3 TO RYAN CONTRACTING
CO. IN THE AMOUNT OF $99,523.96 FOR BISCAYNE POINTE 2 ND ADDITION SKEET AND

Attached is Application for Payment No. 3 for the above - referenced project. The amount due on this
application is $99,523.96, which brings the total amount to be paid to $653,176.22. This is
approximately 84 percent of the bid amount of $779,575.35.
Street and utility construction on this project has ended for the season and will resume in the spring.
The weather permitted the project to be substantially completed with the exception of the concrete
sidewalk construction. This item along with the wear course paving will be completed in the spring.
We recommend the City make payment on this Application for Payment in the amount of $99,523.96
to Ryan Contracting Co.
