This item requests the second payment to Northwest Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of
$24,858.42 for City Project #310, Oakridge Estates Street & Utility Improvements.
Work completed and represented in this payment as of December 21, 1999 is 49% of the
contracted work. The work has been inspected and is in compliance with the Contract
Documents.
Work is completed for this season. In the spring the final lift of bituminous on the streets will
be done.
Attached is a copy of the Construction Pay Voucher #2 for your information. Staff and SEH
recommend approval of this second payment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT #2 TO NORTHWEST
ASPHALT, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,858.42 FOR OAKRIDGE ESTATES STREET AND

Attached is Application for Payment No. 2 for the above - referenced project. The amount due on this
application is $24,858.42. This brings the total amount earned to $104,722.07, which is about
49 percent of the bid amount of $214,445.00.
Street and utility construction on this project has ended for the season and will resume in the spring.
Major items to be completed in the spring include paving the wear course on Coffee Trail and
constructing the turn lane and bypass lane on County Road 38.
We recommend the City make payment on this Application for Payment in the amount of $24,858.42
to Northwest Asphalt, Inc.
