This item requests the second payment to Barbarossa & Sons, Inc. in the amount of
$113,099.17 for City Project #262, Birger Pond Outlet Improvements.
Work completed and represented in this payment as of December 15, 1999 is 33% of the
contracted work. The work has been inspected and is in compliance with the Contract
Documents.
Work is complete for the year. In the spring of 2000 the contractor will finish pipe work along
Diamond Path and complete the lift station.
Attached is a copy of the Construction Pay Voucher #3 for your information. Staff and WSB &
Associates recommend approval of this second payment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT #2 TO BARBAROSSA &
SONS, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $113,099.17 FOR BIRGER POND OUTLET
