If the difference in votes is within the following ranges, the city will proVlde the recount free of charge
to the candidate: g
1. Five votes or less when the total vote is 100 or less.
2. Ten votes or less when the total vote is more than 100 but less than 500.
3. Twenty votes or less when the total vote is more than 500 but less than 2,000.
4. One percent of the votes or less when the total vote is more than 2,000 but less than 10,000.
5. 100 votes or less when the total vote is 10,000 or more.
