We have met with the affected property owners to explain the benefit of the system and have discussed the proposed assessments. We have received verbal agreement from SKB Environmental to cross their property to complete the loop. If approved, we would move forward with the completion of plans and specifications, easement and permit acquisition. It is anticipated that the project would be bid in January 2001 and constructed in the early Spring and Summer of 2001. RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE LOOP OPTION OF THE EAST SIDE WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS, CITY PROJECT #320. COUNCIL ACTION: CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 2000 — A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE LOOP OPTION OF THE EAST SIDE WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT #320 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount ordered a feasibility report for East Side Watermain Improvements, City Project #320; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and accepted the Feasibility Report on September 19, 2000 for City Project #320; and WHEREAS, the City Council ordered and held a public hearing on November 7, 2000 to receive input on the loop option of this project. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount hereby orders the preparation of plans and specifications for the loop option to be incorporated as part of the East Side Watermain Improvements, City Project #320 described in the aforementioned Report.
