For Council consideration is a recommendation for the completion of probation for Reid Troxel, who was hired
as a full -time Building Maintenance Worker at the Community Center on February 18, 2000. Mr. Troxel's
probation was extended in August for an additional three months while he and his supervisor, David St. Aubin,
resolved some issues regarding performance. Mr. Troxel has since satisfactorily resolved the performance
issues and Community Center Manager St. Aubin is now recommending that Mr. Troxel be considered a regular
employee upon completing his extended probation on November 16.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ACCEPT RECOMMENDATION OF THE DEPARTMENT
SUPERVISOR FOR THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PROBATION OF REID TROXEL,
BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER.
