ASST. AGEN #6 ATTACHMENTS: RESOLUTION APPROVED BY: The charitable gambling organization for McDivots Pub and Shenanigan's is the Rosemount Jaycees. They have submitted a Premises Permit Renewal Application for their lawful gambling operations at 14550 and 14605 South Robert Trail, Rosemount, MN. The license period is from April 1, 2000 to March 31, 2002. The gambling manager submitted the required documents showing 98% of the net profit for donations was spent in Rosemount or trade area as required by City Code It is staff's recommendation that the attached resolution be adopted approving a gambling premises permit for the Rosemount Jaycees to operate charitable gambling at the both McDivots Sports Pub & Eatery and Shenanigan's. The $100 fee for each application has been received. RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to adopt A RESOLUTION APPROVING A GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR McDIVOTS SPORTS PUB & EATERY AND SHENANIGAN'S for the Rosemount Jaycees. COUNCIL ACTION: .t f CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 2000 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR McDIVOT'S SPORTS PUB & EATERY and SHENANIGAN'S NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosemount, Dakota County, Minnesota, hereby approves the Gambling Premises Permit Renewal Application submitted by the Rosemount Jaycees to conduct charitable gambling in Rosemount at McDivot's Sports Pub & Eatery, 14550 South Robert Trail and Shenanigan's, 14605 South Robert Trail for the period of April 1,2000 to March 31, 2002.
