The charitable gambling organization for City Limits has changed its name to Community Charities of
Minnesota. They have submitted a Premises Permit Renewal Application for their lawful gambling operations at
15400 South Robert Trail, Rosemount, MN. The license period is from April 1, 2000 to March 31, 2002. The
gambling manager submitted the required documents showing over 90% of the net profit was spent in
Rosemount or trade area as required by City Code It is staff's recommendation that the attached resolution be
adopted approving a gambling premises permit to operate charitable gambling at the Rosemount City Limits
Lanes.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to adopt A RESOLUTION APPROVING A GAMBLING
PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR CITY LIMIT LANES for Community Charities of
Minnesota upon receiving the $100 renewal fee.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A GAMBLING PREMISES
PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR
CITY LIMITS LANES
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosemount,
Dakota County, Minnesota, hereby approves the Gambling Premises Permit Renewal
Application submitted by the Community Charities of Minnesota (formerly Celebrity Bowl
Charities) to conduct charitable gambling in Rosemount at City Limits Lanes, 15400 South
Robert Trail for the period of April 1,2000 to March 31, 2002.
ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2000 by the City Council of the City of Rosemount.
