An application by Sky Ventures, LLC, for an On -Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License has been received for the
restaurant in Rosemount known as Pizza Hut at 15065 Canada Avenue West. The current ownership is changing
as well as the management.
The applicants have submitted all required forms, insurance information and license fees. Police Chief Gary
Kalstabakken informed me his criminal and background investigations did not show any reason for denial.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve an On -Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor License for Sky Ventures,
LLC at the Pizza Hut Restaurant, 15065 Canada Avenue West.
