Listed as follows are the businesses that have applied for renewals of their respective liquor licenses for 2001:
American Legion Post 65 Club On Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Liquor License
AMF City Limits On -Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Liquor License
McDivot's Sport Pub & Eatery On -Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Liquor License
Rosemount Liquors, Inc. Off -Sale Liquor License
Shennanigans' On -Sale Liquor License, Off- -Sale Liquor Lic., and Special Sunday
TOP'S Pizza & Hoagies Wine — On Sale (which also allows strong beer)
VFW Post 9433 Club On -Sale Liquor License and Special Sunday Liquor License
All the applicants have paid the appropriate license fees. Each applicant has submitted a "Certificate of
Insurance" listing the required amounts of liability insurance.
Police Chief Kalstabakken has recommended approval of these renewal applications and issuance of the
licenses.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve the applications for renewal of liquor licenses as
listed above for the year 2001 subject to receiving license fees and Certificates of Insurance.
COUNCIL ACTION:
